La 5e Semaine canadienne de sensibilisation à la malnutrition (SCSM) se déroulera du 23 au 27 septembre 2019. L’édition de cette année, placée sous le thème de la malnutrition en milieu extrahospitalier, sera l’occasion de diffuser des renseignements importants pour aider les patients à faire la transition entre l’hôpital et leur domicile.
