Alberta Children’s Hospital (ACH)-Nutrition Screening Success Story
Alberta Children’s Hospital (ACH) has implemented a 4-question screening tool performed by nurses, to flag children at risk of malnutrition, connecting them to dietitians for timely interventions and better outcomes. The success of the project aligned with the theme of this year’s CMAW— ACT: Advocate, Collaborate, Transform.
