Putting more nutrition on the tray- Improving hospital food

Poor food intake in hospital can lead to a longer recovery. A new study is being undertaken in Ontario to better understand how food intake is associated with the patients' perception and satisfaction with hospital food.  Researchers from the University of Guelph (Lisa Duizer) and University of Waterloo (Heather Keller) are leading this project and you have an opportunity to participate. Diverse hospitals in Ontario will be selected to be part of this ground breaking study.
