Subject: Join us for Canadian Malnutrition Awareness Week™ 2024: ACT - Advocate-Collaborate-Transform!

Dear XXX,

The Canadian Malnutrition TaskForce (CMTF) and the Canadian Nutrition Society (CNS) are delighted to be hosting their annual Canadian Malnutrition Awareness Week ™ (CMAW) campaign from October 7 to 11, 2024. This year's theme is “ACT-Advocate, Collaborate, Transform”, which will highlight the power of advocating and collaborating with healthcare teams and stakeholders to transform nutrition care. #CMAW24

Through our webinars and new resources aimed at clinicians and healthcare providers across various settings, we are excited to advance the learning around malnutrition.

The CMAW 2024 weeklong line-up of free webinars features multidisciplinary speakers that are healthcare leaders, clinicians, researchers & front line staff with expertise or interest in nutrition. These speakers will share the latest knowledge and their experiences with malnutrition solutions for hospitalized adults and children, increasing awareness of malnutrition in the community, need for enriched foods in long-term care and advocacy efforts and policy for addressing malnutrition. By targeting multiple healthcare settings, we are aiming to make a significant impact to transform nutrition care.

We invite you to learn more about CMAW 2024 and discover how you and your healthcare team can actively participate and contribute to this important cause. Visit our official website for detailed information: https://nutritioncareincanada.ca/canadian-malnutrition-awareness-week/cmaw-2024

You may also consider submitting a success story of your team’s efforts on the CMTF website here: https://nutritioncareincanada.ca/prevention-and-awareness/success-stories/share-your-story

Together, we can ACT to create a stronger future for malnutrition care.

Sincerely,

[Your Name]
