Congratulations to Julianne Charles and Dr. Ross Lepera from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry for receiving this scholarship to work on a multi centre cross sectional study on Malnutrition Risk in Older Adults in Primary Care MD’s Practices across Windsor, ON.

CMTF's pediatric pathway draws attention at ASPEN 2023 conference!

Dr. Nilesh Mehta, former president of ASPEN, praised P-INPAC as a promising pathway for detection, prevention, and management of pediatric malnutrition. Dr. Jessie Hulst and Dr. Nik Pai presented a poster on the development of the pathway using a modified Delphi process at ASPEN. See P-INPAC details:

National Long-Term Care Services Standard released by HSO
CAN/HSO 21001:2023 Long-Term Care Services
Health Standards Organization (HSO) released their new national Long-Term Care Services standard. CMTF’s Long Term Care and Food Working Group encourages service providers, physicians, nurses, and dietitians who work in LTC to review the new standard, as nutrition care and food services are an integral component.
